Returns

- Date item was received  

- Name of item 

- A copy of your invoice or proof of purchase 

- Reason for return

- In the unlikely event of a faulty or damaged item, please attach appropriate images 

Conditions 

Goods are to be received back to us within 14 days of your delivery date.

Postage is to be paid by customer wanting to return package. 

Goods are to be returned to us in their original and sellable condition. (Unworn, unwashed, without perfume or deodorant smells, without makeup or fake tan marks, with all tags still attached and in original packaging)

All returns received outside of the policy time frame will not be eligible for a refund. In this case, item/s will be sent back to the customer with postage paid at their own cost.
